Paster Training, Inc. now offering the Preventive Controls for Human Foods (PCHF) course

Paster Training, Inc. is now offering the Preventive Controls for Human Foods (PCHF) course! This course developed by the FSPCA is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA. Successful completion of this course will meet the requirements for a “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)”. Participants will receive an official FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual certificate issued from AFDO after attending this training.

Who should take this course?

Any facility that manufactures, processes, packs, or holds food for human consumption is required to have at least one PCQI. This also applies to food that is to be consumed in the United States, so facilities that import food into the U.S. will also need a PCQI.
